Earlier this year the SIPS Trustee issued a member survey to 1,000 members from all sections of SIPS. Thank you to everyone who completed this and returned it to us — your comments are of great assistance.

So what did the survey reveal?
Here's a rundown of the survey responses:

• 93.6% of respondents rated Viewpoint as "excellent" or "good"
• Around 30% of respondents were interested in all information on their benefit statement, with "Pension at Normal Retirement Date" and "Value of pension earned" being the areas respondents were most interested in
• About one-fifth of members surveyed had visited the website and most of these people thought it was good
• An overwhelming majority (88%) of respondents feel that they receive appropriate and sufficient communications regarding their pension with SIPS

The prize draw took place on 3 March and the lucky winners were: Mr C Butcher, Mr P Morgan and Mr D Young. The three of you will shortly receive your £50 Marks and Spencer Voucher.
