How does the Money Purchase Section of SIPS work?

Broadly speaking, money purchase members of SIPS pay contributions which are invested for you in a personal account, along with contributions from your employer, and investment growth on those contributions over time. At retirement, the money you have built up in your individual pension account is used to buy a pension for you.
For a more detailed explanation, please refer to the member booklet for your section or contact Capita Hartshead, the SIPS Administrators.
